Heat kills!

August 2023

The interior of a parked vehicle can quickly heat up to a lethal temperature when exposed to sunlight, starting at 15 degrees Celsius outside. Even open window gaps can NOT cool a vehicle sufficiently. Within minutes, a dog in an overheated car can suffer a fatal heat stroke.
If you discover a dog in an overheated car:
1. look for the dog's owner and sound the alarm.
2. if you do not find him: Call the police
3. if it is a matter of life and death: free the dog
