It's almost done!

We only need Fr. 450.-- until the new kitten station is financed!

Many thanks to all who have participated or will participate so far!

What is it about?

For several years now, the Susy Utzinger Animal Welfare Foundation in Romania has been committed to curbing the overpopulation of stray dogs and cats through large-scale castration campaigns. Until these measures bear fruit, countless injured street animals land daily in the animal orphanage hospitals of the foundation. Among them are also many young animals, which get used to humans during the often long recovery period and would not be able to find their way on the street. Until they can be placed with new owners on the spot, they must of course be accommodated in a manner appropriate to their species. The existing cat house of the animal shelter Help Labus in Galati is constantly occupied to the last seat, but the stream of small kittens does not stop. Therefore a new cat kennel is needed, which is completely adapted to the needs of the youngest inhabitants of the shelter.

The costs for the construction of the planned kitten station as well as the operation for the first year amount to a total of Fr. 5'200.
