Competence Centre Animal Shelter

Animal shelters become high-quality transition stations for homeless animals, where animals are kept and promoted in a way that is appropriate for theis species and finally transferred to good new places. Ins Switzerland as well as worldwide.

The Susy Utzinger animal welfare foundation supports and carries out neutering projects in various countries on an ongoing basis. In this way, the suffering of animals is slowed down, slowly but steadily and sustainably.

Education and training

How animal lifes are saved

The Susy Utzinger animal welfare foundation offers immediate help through animal rescue campaigns, first aid and veterinary operations and through the orphan animal hospitals: Where injured, sick and abandoned strays find shelter and receive urgently needed veterinary care and medical care.

SUST Tierheim-Arbeitstage in der Schweiz

Juni 2014

Am 17. und 19.6.2014 unterstützten uns zwei Teams der Morgan Stanley Bank unter dem Motto "Give back" voller Tatendrang mit ihrer Arbeitskraft im Tierasyl Hübeli. Diese Teams schlugen Pfähle ein und zäunten die Weiden kälbli- und ziegensicher ein: Eine aufwändige und äusserst anstrengende Arbeit, die am Hang stattfinden musste. Zusätzlich hoben sie verschlammten Boden in einzelnen Tiergehegen aus, und verlegten Platten, damit die Tiere nun auch bei Regen sicher und trocken stehen können. Eine weitere Gruppe widmete sich dem Projekt Gänseteich: Der Rest des grossen Teichaushubs musste erledigt werden, dann folgen das Verlegen von Vlies und Teichfolie und das Fixieren des Werkes. Wir danken der Bank Morgan Stanley und ihren aktiven und engagierten Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern ganz herzlich für diesen grossartigen Einsatz und ihre Unterstützung!
