The Jane Goodall Institute Switzerland also presents itself and its work on the animal welfare market:
We are participating in the Animal Welfare Market because we want to encourage people throughout Switzerland to become part of the positive change for people, animals and the environment that the world urgently needs. We sell our fine Gombe coffee, which helps to protect wild chimpanzees in Tanzania, as well as our cotton bag with Jane Goodall's quote:
"Whatever you do, it makes a difference, and you have to decide what kind of distinction you want to make."
The proceeds from the animal welfare market go to our sanctuaries in Uganda and the Republic of Congo, where poached chimpanzees get a second chance at a species-appropriate life.

The Jane Goodall Institute Switzerland is committed to the protection of chimpanzees and their habitats. We encourage people to create a better world for themselves, animals and the environment. Our work is based on the vision of environmental activist and UN peace ambassador Jane Goodall: a healthy planet where humans and animals live in harmony with each other and with the rest of nature.
