Every day many people call the Animal Orphan Hospital complaining that their cats are in heat and that there are so many kittens every year. This man has two cats that have given birth to 12 kittens in the last year. He can no longer cope with this situation. He decided to have the two cats neutered for free, so that both he and they can live a stress-free life.
