Animal Orphans Hospital of the Susy Utzinger Animal Welfare Foundation in Galati, Romania
An estimated 10,000 - 12,000 dogs and countless cats live on the streets of the huge Romanian industrial city of Galati. Every day, many of them are abandoned, injured, injured and/or sick - most of them die miserably without help. Nobody cares about these animals.
In the animal shelter Help Labus the Susy Utzinger Animal Welfare Foundation has built a new animal shelter and a clinic: Street animals find refuge and help in this animal orphanage! Accident victims, injured and sick animals are cared for by veterinarians. In addition, castrations for dogs and cats are continuously carried out. The Susy Utzinger Animal Welfare Foundation finances the Orphan Animal Hospital and pays for the costs of the veterinarian, medicines, operations, therapies and care.
If the animals can return to their hunting grounds after their recovery, this will happen - but many of the stranded accident victims will also find shelter in the new animal shelter building of the Susy Utzinger Foundation for Animal Welfare "Help Labus" and will be placed in good places.
